The new Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) update version (V6.5.27-20141001) will be available by batches and period.
So if any end-users have not receive update notification on their ZenFone 4 devices, we would advise for them to check again later and they shall receive within the short period of time. They can manually check for update in Settings > System > About > System Update.
Do take note that this latest update is only applicable to ZenFone 4 original units – distributed by ASUS Malaysia authorized distributor.
